Overview

The Stinger Model 1250F has a motorized variable speed rotation with Forward-Stop-Reverse motion.
Table rotation uses a double reduction gear box driven by a 90 VDC motor that is dynamically braked
with variable speed from 0.06 to 2.46 rpm. A 26" faceplate includes pre-drilled holes for chuck mounting.
The positioner operates on 120 volt, single phase, 60 cycle input power. A plug-in hand pendant includes
a "Forward-Stop-Reverse" switch along with a speed adjustment potentiometer on 25' of cable.
Standard pre-loaded Timken bearings are protected by a heavy-duty welding rotoground assembly.
