The RMS 14 Bender features a 10hp motor, a four-speed transmission, and a heavy-duty chassis. This machine can bend all sizes of rebar up to #14 [43mm]. RMS only uses high-quality parts to ensure each machine is easy to maintain and will last for years.The RMS 14 Bender is capable of bending stirrups, trusses, offsets, and general bending. Changeover time, from light to heavy bending, takes less than a minute. Specialized attachments are available to aid in bending radius bars, small truss bars, ties, and small stirrups.All RMS Benders come standard with the RMS Bender Controller. The controller is advanced and extremely user friendly. Multiple bending stations can be programmed to bend clockwise or counterclockwise, which allows the operator the ability to bend closed ties or stirrups without manually flipping the bar over.The machine includes several built-in safety features, such as foot pedal operation, emergency stop switches, and a manual override switch. In the event of a machine malfunction, the controller will display pertinent information to the operator.The RMS 14 Bender has been designed from the ground up to be easily maintained. The RMS factory stocks a large inventory of parts that can be shipped overnight if needed.
