Wash Tank
The wash tank has been supplemented with four (4) 40KW heat packages. The rinse tank has been supplemented with one (1) 40KW heat package. Each package consists of heater elements and thermocouples. A selector switch on the operator's station used to turn the heat on and off. Review the Watlow Series 93 manual in the Vendor Literature section in the back of this manual for temperature controller operation.
Blow-Off
The blow-off is a re-circulating type with the capability of introducing approximately 20% fresh air. The motor driven fan circulates the air supply, as the air passes through fan and through the outlet it is directed into the plenum. The plenum is a chamber that the air knives and blow-off pipes are welded to. The pressurized air flows into each knife and pipe and is directed onto the parts. The design of this air knife and pipe allows the velocity of air to accelerate as it passes through the orifice. (Approximately 10,000 - 12,000 FPM).
Electric Blow-Off
The blow-off system has been supplemented with a heat package to aid in drying of your parts. This package consists of a heater, controller, process thermocouple, and high thermocouple located in the blow-off plenum. During the machine cycle, the heater will turn itself on prior to the blow-off. This allows the heater to pre-heat. At the end of the cycle, the heater turns itself off.
Oil Decant Tank
The contaminated, oil laden, solution overflows into a skimming trough and then to a low collection tank. From here it gets pumped at a low flow rate to the oil decant tank. Once in this tank the lighter oil surfaces, and the heavier water flows under a weir into a second overflow trough and is returned to the wash tank. As the oil accumulates in the oil decant tank, and the oil level rises, it will flow out the oil discharge connection provided. From here it will go to your waste disposal facility.
Maintenance: All of the maintenance can be performed from outside the machine, without crawling into the washer.
Equipped with: MAGNETOOL INC #LTC-1224-460V DEMAGNETIZER, Krystil Klear Bag Filter, Manuals Available
